Training Centres

Home Inspector and Energy Assessor Training has a national network of training centres within commuting distance of much of England and Wales. Centres are located at Tolworth near London and in central Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester. Each Centre is easily accessible, being near a railway station, on bus routes and close to the motorway system with either car parks or street parking nearby.

Expenditure of over £1m has ensured each of these ABBE Approved Assessment Centres is a state-of-the-art facility of around 7,000 sq.ft. designed specifically for this training. Classrooms are equipped with hi-spec computers, for a maximum of 12 trainees in each class, and plasma screens to assist Trainers in the expert delivery of the training, enabling trainees to learn new skills in comfort in the ultimate learning environment. Satellite classrooms within 5 miles of the Centres may possibly be used for overflow classes.

Trainers

The Trainers recruited to deliver the Course are either experienced Practitioners of the Built Environment or lecturers with, or taking, the qualifications of the Course and have been individually selected for their exceptional ability to deliver the training in an effective, friendly and relaxed manner.
